Absent Horses In reflection to The Last Oil Shock 2009 >

Absent Horses adjacent to Burj Al arab. 80_37.5 cm. light box,2009.
In the oil countries, the horses became absent from the main scene, only the ghost of the carriage indicates that a horse is leading it some where in Burj Al Arab neibourhood to offer transport for tourists. While Jawad-which means horse- is standing in the front, I have my horse earnings

This work is part of Anthology project conducted by Winchester school of Art, where art students where invited to produce art works in reflections to 6 articles written on the most contemporary issues. This work was a reflection to David Stahan’s Article titled; The Last Oil Shock
